Why this fee? The total includes a $350 USPTO fee for filing in a first class of goods/services. An attorney will consult with you about additional classes you may want. See below for more details.

The enhanced combination package includes a search, one-hour strategic legal consultation, trademark filing, and one reply to a Major or Minor USPTO action for a total cost of $1,649.00. The total includes a $350 filing/handling fee for one class. More than one class of goods or services will require an additional $350 filing fee for each class. (This package saves up to $749 in the case a reply to a Major USPTO action is needed.)

The standard combination of a one-hour strategic legal consultation with a trademark search and trademark filing for a total cost of $1,349.00. (Saves $199 compared to purchasing each service separately.) The total includes a $350 filing/handling fee for one class. More than one class of goods or services will require an additional $350 filing fee for each class. The standard combo includes an attorney’s reply to minor office actions, but not major actions.

The package you have chosen includes a search and legal opinion on your first trademark choice for a flat-fee of $749.00. (Saves $50 by combining the search and strategic consultation.) The search-only package does not include filing a trademark application. Please choose a different package before submitting this form if you intend to include the discount for paying in advance for a trademark filing in combination with a search.
